Welcome to Queensland's Gas Scheme Registry.

This site provides access to the public registers that the regulator is obliged to provide under the Electricity Act 1994. On-line registers include:

• a register of Accredited Generators
• a register of Gas Electricity Certificates (GECs)
• a register of Scheme Participants
• a register of Liable Load Exemptions

Other general information is provided including statistical information on the operation of the Queensland Gas Scheme.

This website enables the electronic creation, transfer and surrender of Gas Electricity Certificates (GECs) by Scheme Participants authorised to undertake such activities.

It also enables registered Scheme Participants to access personal information relevant to their participation in the Scheme, including details of accredited power stations, GEC holdings, pending GEC transfers etc.
